The Commission:
To create a panel to commemorate the loss of a loved one to AIDS...

This panel was made with over 50 highly polished Austrian crystals salvaged from a chandelier.  When the sunlight strikes them they throw brilliant rainbows all over the room  and those rainbows follow the sun all day long... A colorful reminder that though we may not see our friends they still throw great light into our lives...
