This window is owned by a superb oriental rug merchant in Charlottesville, Virginia. I experimented a bit with this project! This was back in the days when fusing glass was at best a risk. The butterfly, the snake, and the leaves behind the red birds were all fused, one mouth blown glass of one color on top of a different mouth blown glass of another. Amazingly, they all proved to be very stable...
